Next up…MICK DALE.
What's it like been a tour guide at Aston Villa?
It is a privilege to put on the uniform, drive through the claret and blue gates of Villa Park and arrive at such a wonderful workplace.
To work at such a great football club makes myself and my family very proud.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
It has to be meeting so many lovely people from all over the world and listening to their interest in Aston Villa.
Why do you think we are number 1 on TripAdvisor? What makes a Villa Park tour so special?
The Tour Guide team want every tour to be an experience - 'a tour you will never forget'.
We take immense pride in our roles and always try to make the experience special for people.
The biggest reason for me is the stadium itself - it's immaculate with fabulous facilities, suites, views and a superb pitch.
It never fails to impress visitors - and it still impresses me all these years later.
Do you read reviews about yourself on TripAdvisor?
Have you got any funny stories you can share whilst working here?
Looking after Bella at Wembley at the 2015 FA Cup final and trying to control her as she ran out in front of 25,000 Villa fans.
You know what she is like at Villa Park so you can imagine how crazy she got when she saw the amazing Villa fans screaming their heads off.
Do any tour guests stand out?
I was chatting to a family next to the dugouts and the mum mentioned that her son Tom, aged 14, had stood there a few months earlier.
The occasion? He had been introduced to the crowd at the Manchester United game.
He was a fine young man. He stands as tall as me and that night it was announced to the crowd that he had beaten leukemia.
